HARDS is a non-profit civil society organization established on 2nd January 1998, committed to empowering Dalit, Tribal and weaker sections through education, health, livelihoods and disaster relief.

Our Purpose
Eight pillars guiding our work across Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
Educate rural and tribal communities on their rights, government schemes and entitlements.
Train rural and urban youth on cottage industries, vocations and self-employment.
Establish first-aid centres, maternity units and promote community health care.
Support agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, fisheries and plantation programs.
Organise Mahila Mandals, SHGs and co-operatives for women's economic independence.
Provide immediate relief and rehabilitation support to natural calamity victims.
Control pollution and sustain indigenous ecological practices and traditional culture.
Run child welfare centres, old age homes, orphanages and vocational training centres.

A flagship healthcare initiative delivering BP monitoring, weight measurement, nutritional support, patient tracking and mobile medical outreach for pregnant women, lactating mothers, children under 5, and adolescent girls in remote tribal villages. The HANS Mobile Medical Services unit ensured doorstep healthcare delivery to the most inaccessible communities.
